Shrewsbury Light Orchestra
The Shrewsbury Light Orchestra has a long tradition of welcoming student members. We are fully committed to the welfare of our younger members and to ensuring that they have a positive experience whilst playing with the orchestra.
We have a child protection policy in place and have appointed three safeguarding officers who are DBS-checked. At least one will be present at every rehearsal and concert.
Members under the age of eighteen need to bring a completed consent form. The consent form and the policies the Orchestra has adopted to protect young people and others can be downloaded by clicking the following links.
