Our Programme of Concerts

Sunday 7th December 2025 Christchurch, Bayston Hill, Shrewsbury, SY3 OPZ from 5 - 7pm
This is a repeat of last year's LINGEN DAVIES CHRISTMAS CONCERT, with a selection of Christmas music to raise funds for The Lingen Davies Cancer Fund, Shrewsbury. The Yeoman Singers will also be taking part. Tickets are £10 for adults, children under 12 are free.

Saturday 14th March 2026 Christchurch, Bayston Hill, Shrewsbury, SY3 OPZ at 7.30pm
This concert is presented by The West Shrewsbury Hospice Support Group to raise funds for The Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury.
The programme will include a selection of light music, the orchestra will be joined by Laura Davies (Soprano) and Andrew Murray (Baritone) for some songs and will conclude with the favourite Proms pieces of Elgar's "Pomp and Circumstance March No. 1", Fantasia on British Sea Songs" by Sir Henry Wood and Hubert Parry's "Jerusalem".

Saturday 27th June 2026 Mytton Cottage, Mytton, Montford Bridge, Shrewsbury SY4 1EU at 7.00pm
Following last years concert, this will be the sixteenth outdoor "PROMS IN THE GARDEN" that the Orchestra will have played at Mytton Cottage. The Orchestra will be joined by Laura Davies (Soprano) and Andrew Murray (Baritone) for songs. The programme will include a wide selection of light music and end with the "Last Night of the Proms" favourites.
The concert will raise funds for The Lingen Davies Cancer Fund, Shrewsbury and for Alzeimer's Research UK.

Saturday 11th July 2026 All Saints Parish Church, Wellington, Telford at 7.30pm
All Saints Parish Church, Wellington presents this concert of music, to raise funds for the "All Saints Organ Restoration Appeal".
